Fijian Daiquiri
Prelude
Most people don’t know but apart from studing my job is a bar manager and head bartender at a local bar so I curate and create cocktials for our menu and weekly “cocktail of the week” rotation
and a couple of weeks back we got some amazing rum from the Rum Co. of Fiji so wanted to do something different
Recipe
Ingredients
- 15ml Fijian Coconut Rum (we used Bati Coconut)
- 30ml White Rum
- 20ml Homemade passion fruit syrup or puree
- 30ml Lime juice
Method
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shaker
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
