Fijian Daiquiri

Prelude

Most people don’t know but apart from studing my job is a bar manager and head bartender at a local bar so I curate and create cocktials for our menu and weekly “cocktail of the week” rotation

and a couple of weeks back we got some amazing rum from the Rum Co. of Fiji so wanted to do something different

Recipe

Ingredients

  • 15ml Fijian Coconut Rum (we used Bati Coconut)
  • 30ml White Rum
  • 20ml Homemade passion fruit syrup or puree
  • 30ml Lime juice

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shaker
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
